Ngay từ khi mới thành lập, Collefrisio luôn theo đuổi triết lý sản xuất vang Ý chất lượng cao, tiến hành canh tác, sản xuất hữu cơ, cho ra đời những dòng vang thể hiện rõ nét độc đáo của thổ nhưỡng, đất trời Abruzzo.

Tình bạn chân thành và niềm đam mê làm vang là nền tảng cho sự hợp tác giữa Amedeo De Luca và Antonio Patricelli. Họ đã cùng nhau lớn lên và quyết tâm đưa Abruzzo lên bản đồ vang thế giới. Ngoài dòng Montepulciano d’Abruzzo chủ đạo gây được tiếng vang trên thị trường như Cá Chép đen, Cá Chép vàng… Collefrisio cũng cho ra đời nhiều dòng vang đỏ - trắng ấn tượng, mang phong cách hiện đại, dễ tiếp cận.
